ALFA PLUMBING GAS SERVICES

I've had Alfa come out 2 times and both times I've been very happy with the work carried out. The first time they came out was to replace tap fittings as the old ones were leaking and to change my garden tap. Both tasks were performed perfectly within an hour. Today Alfa came out again and unblocked my mains and also inspected my house plumbing and carried out some video footage which they identified some potential issues in the future of leaking pipes that needs to be addressed. Overall I'm very happy with their service and will continue to use them as my preferred plumbers around my area.

Matteo contacted me quickly and provided a quote after i sent photos of my job. I accepted the quote and Matteo did my job the next day. He arrived on time with another tradesman and they completed my job within 3 hours. The price was excellent and the job was wonderful. They cleaned up before they left. I had these guys round to check on an apparent gas leak. They were prompt and professional and Matteo was very good about not just doing the investigation but explaining what they were doing and why, and what they concluded and why. This was very reassuring because what they found was that there was no gas leak. It seems that me storing some sheets of plywood up against the gas meter had meant that when the overpressure valve vented some of that gas came in through a weep hole. Without the very transparent manner that Matteo conducted the job it could have been easy to wonder if they just took my money for nothing, but because he was so communicative I was confident about his conclusion and that the gas smell inside had been explained.
